Conditions of membership

Dear Visitor,

Below you will find some information about the possibilities, procedures and your benefits of registering with COMSOFT as a member of the COMSOFT AMHS User Group (CAUG).

Who can register?

All Air Navigation Air Service Providers (ANSPs) who have acquired the AIDA, AIDA–NG and/or CADAS system from COMSOFT and work with these systems in their daily, operational environment are invited to register here online.

Please note that, in all cases, the organisation, i.e. the ANSP is the CAUG member, with one or more employees being the representative of the organisation for all correspondence, meetings, exchange of information, etc.

How can you register?

If your organisation fulfils the above mentioned prerequisites (which is normally the case after successful passing of the SAT), COMSOFT will extend an official invitation to become a member of the CAUG, usually addressed to the Project Manager or similar position. Along with this invitation, he will receive a registration form that has to be completed and returned to the CAUG Support Team. Once this registration has been filed, the named representative(s) of the organisation will receive their log-in information for the Members area on www.caug.aero, where details on all ongoing and past CAUG activities can be obtained.

What are your benefits from being a registered member of the CAUG?

As a member of CAUG you will have various advantages arising from your membership:

When and how will your CAUG membership end?

As stated under “3. Who can register” the CAUG membership is directly connected with your daily operational use of a COMSOFT AIDA or CADAS system. Once you stop working with your COMSOFT system, your membership will expire automatically within 3 months.

If you wish to terminate your CAUG membership before that, a simple note by eMail, fax or normal mail will be sufficient.

In both cases, you will be deleted from the mailing lists and your log-in password will expire.
